Please take note of the following details for orders placed during this time:

• One-Off Purchases: Orders placed between August 10th and August 16th will begin shipping sequentially when operations resume on August 17th.

• Potential Delays: Due to the holiday backlog, please allow a few additional days for processing and tracking updates.

• Customer Support: Our support team will also have limited availability during the break, but we will respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible upon our return.
