Refund:

If after 90 days you’re not happy with the product or results, all you need to do is contact us and we’ll make it right. Even during 90 days, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to help you!

You can manage or cancel your BI-SU subscription at any time — no fees, no hassle.

How to Cancel or Manage Your Subscription

You don’t need to contact customer support to make changes. Everything can be done directly from your account:

1. Log in to your BI-SU account
2. Go to Manage Subscriptions
3. From there, you can:
   • Reschedule your next delivery
   • Skip a shipment
   • Cancel your subscription anytime

All changes take effect immediately and are completely free of charge.
