1. After cleansing and applying lotion or toner, remove the mask from the pouch and unfold.
2. Align the chin area first, then center the mask along the middle of the face.
   
3. Gently press with your palms to ensure full contact with the skin.
   
4. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then remove.
   
5. Gently massage any remaining essence into the skin.
